About

"The Story"

Hello, my name in this space is Asa Rose – a name gifted to me through the whispers of the wise as I began to embrace my innate calling... I am a traditional healing practitioner and founder of Woven in Nature Healing Traditions, LLC. Although officially established in 2024, this concept’s essence has surrounded me for as long as I can remember.  Eventually, as I began to delve deeper into my curiosities, I slowly but steadily uncovered a road to self-discovery and authenticity. I started to find solace in the chirping of the birds, gentle touch of the breeze, and heart-warming rhythm of the rustling trees. While immersed in nature, my clearest thoughts arose and my emotional being felt still.  As this awareness began to blossom within, I started encountering others who shared the same resonance.  This alone made my path clearer and also encouraged me to explore my history and innate desires further.  Through the aid of respected Elders and Teachers, I was able to start understanding and embracing my abilities and intuition.  While progressively moving forward, I have arrived at a place where I recognize Earth’s gifts, honor the simplicity of natural remedies, and have chosen to serve as a traditional healer. Woven in Nature Healing Traditions is my representation of the etheric fabric that carries natural healing practices through generations and time. My offerings are intended to aid you in your physical and emotional healing journey which can also be rooted in nature-based practices.  Woven in Nature Healing Traditions is never meant to replace professional medical care, but is a companion integrative approach to your overall well-being.

Asa Rose is a part of a matriarchal lineage of healers who were in tune with nature; creating and utilizing earth-based folk remedies.  While on her path of re-discovery and re-weaving, Asa Rose encountered a community of spiritual counselors and mentors, who helped influence what Woven in Nature Healing Traditions is today. Asa Rose was very fortunate to be passed-down ancient Indigenous remedies, ceremonies and rituals from Apache Elder and Medicine Woman, Mrs. Marika Alvarado, as a student of the Of the Earth Institute of Indigenous Cultures and Traditions. Asa Rose continues to answer the call to reclaim, preserve and apply traditional practices, carrying the thread forward for generations and healers to come.
